Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and include all diamond certificates or appraisal documents provided at the time of purchase.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend ensuring the package is tracked.

Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
