What is your return policy for fine jewellery?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all ready-to-wear items, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made and engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you provide a warranty or authenticity certificate?
Every purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity. We also provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty against defects, as well as complimentary annual cleaning and inspection services.
